I pretty much agree with most of these but I'm pretty stumped at how seth green plays R2-D2.
It's hard to find a good R2-D2 amongst the cast that has worked with Joss Whedon. You don't know if Verne Troyer has been in anything, do you? :)
If I had to re-cast "Star Wars" I'd make it a metaphor for the American Civil War and call it "Firefly"Also, no John Williams this time!
It's interesting that you've chosen to do the stereotypical American thing and cast an Englishman in the role of bad guy (Palpatine).Also, I would still go with James Earl Jones for Darth Vader. He's still the perfect voice for it.
